Box 1336<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oak Harbor, WA 98277<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dear Committee Members:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In accordance with Article 9.1 in the current Eagle Crest Homeowner\u2019s Association Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&amp;Rs) we are submitting our request to have the following improvements to our home approved by the Architectural Committee:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ROOF: We will be making several improvements to our home this May to enhance our curb appeal. \u00a0The improvements will include a new roof. \u00a0We plan on using the same material type (asphalt shingle) in a color listed as \u201cPewter\u201d, a dark gray similar to what we currently have. \u00a0While there are no requirements in the CC&amp;Rs mandating prior approval for a new roof, we wanted to include all work on our home\u2019s exterior planned for May and\/or June.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EXTERIOR PAINT\/GUTTERS: The house will also be repainted similar to the existing color scheme, \u201cHeavy Cream\u201d (PPU5-10) for the base color and \u201cVine Leaf\u201d green (N400-7) for the trim. \u00a0The only deviation from existing color palate is that the color of the new gutters will match the trim color vice being white. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We look forward to hearing from you.
